Boiled Eggs

Place some eggs in a 6 C Tatung steamer.
Fill steamer cup to level 1 (about 8 mins).
Steam.
Uncover and stop with a cold water bath.
For warm liquid yolk, 7 mins.
For medium soft yolk, 9 mins.
For solid yolk, 11 mins.
If using cold eggs, add a minute.
