Place some eggs in a 6 C Tatung steamer.
Fill steamer cup to level 1 (8-9 mins).
Steam.
Uncover and place eggs in a water bath.
(I don't use ice).
For warm liquid yolk, 8 mins.For medium soft yolk, 9-10 mins.
For solid yolk, 11-12 mins.
If using cold eggs, add a minute.
