Chocolate Silk Tofu Pie

1 graham cracker crust
20 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped (chocolate chips work)
3 12.3-oz blocks silken tofu
1 block chocolate, not too dark, optional

Bake and cool graham cracker crust.
Gently melt chocolate.
Blend tofu with melted chocolate chips.
Chill at least 4 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream.
To make chocolate shavings, warm chocolate without melting.
Using a vegetable peeler, shave chocolate onto pie.
