Thai Tea

120 g Thai tea
     alternatively,
     75 g black ceylon tea
     6 anise
     6 cloves
     12 green cardamom pods, chopped
     1 vanilla bean
6 C boiling water
144 g sugar

Pour boiling water over tea leaves and cover.
Let sit 10 mins.
Strain through nutmilk bag, combine with sugar, and chill.
Serve over ice with half and half.
