WASC Cake

1 box white cake mix (Duncan Hines)
142 g flour
200 g sugar
1/4 t salt
9 oz sour cream, room temp
1/2 C butter, melted
1 C milk, room temp
4 egg whites or 3 eggs (not as white)
1 t almond extract

Preheat oven to 350.
Cake release three 6-inch cake rounds or line with parchment.
In a stand mixer bowl, combine cake mix, flour, sugar, and salt.
In a measuring cup, combine remaining ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix on medium 2 mins.
Bake 25-35 mins or until done.
