Chocolate Glaze

12 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
3/4 C heavy cream
2 T butter
2 T corn syrup

Place chocolate in bowl.
Heat cream over medium.
Once cream starts to bubble, pour over chocolate.

Let sit 5 mins.
Whisk until smooth and add butter and corn syrup.
