Chocolate Syrup

1/2 - 1 C cocoa
1 C sugar
1 C water
1 t vanilla

Whisk cocoa and sugar together in skillet.
Continue whisking, add water, and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Syrup will thicken once cool.
Yields 12 ounces.

Does not yield consistent thickness.
