1 egg
1 t vanilla
125 g AP flour
1 C (about 9) grahams cracker crumbs
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 heaping C store bought fluff or marshmallow frosting
1 C chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Line 8x8 baking pan.
Cream together butter and brown sugar about 2 mins.
Add egg and vanilla.
Separately, whisk together flour, crumbs, powder, and salt.
On medium speed, mix in dry ingredients until combined.
Press 2/3 mixture into prepared pan.
Spread marshmallow fluff on top.
Layer chocolate chips over marshmallow.
Top with remaining cookie dough.
Bake 25-30 mins until or until golden brown and cool completely before cutting.
Wipe knife after each cut.
