Brianna's Caramel Cake

281 g flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t kosher salt
1 C butter
220 g brown sugar
110 g sugar
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
1/2 C yogurt
1 C whole milk, room temp
1/2 C butter
220 g brown sugar
6 T whole milk
360 g powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
1/4 t kosher salt
sea salt flakes
mini M&Ms

Preheat oven to 350.
Line a 12x17 pan with parchment.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Separately, cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Beat in yogurt.
Alternating, add flour and milk.
Do not overmix.
Smooth batter into pan and bake 22-25 mins.
Melt butter and brown sugar together.
Bring to a boil, add 2 T milk, and boil 1 min.
Remove from heat and cool to room temp for 45 mins.
Add remaining milk, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Beat together 3 mins.
Spread frosting on cooled cake.
Decorate with sea salt flakes and mini M&Ms.
