Black Magic Cake

219 g AP flour
400 g sugar
75 g cocoa, not Dutch process
1 1/2 t baking soda
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 t salt
2 eggs
1 C milk
1/2 C vegetable oil
2 t vanilla
1 C boiling water

Preheat oven to 350.
Cake release two 9-inch cake rounds or line with parchment.
Whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, powder, and salt.
Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla, and beat for 2 mins.
Add boiling water.
Pour into pans and bake 35-40 mins.
