2 T butter
4 egg whites
200 g sugar
1/4 t cream of tartar
2 C heavy cream (or 16 oz Cool Whip)
6 Oreos
1 C heavy cream (or 8 oz Cool Whip)
20 g sugar
1/2 t vanilla
chocolate for curls
Make Oreo crust.
Melt chocolate.
Place egg whites, sugar, and cream of tartar in double boiler.
Whisk over simmering water 4 mins or until sugar is dissolved.
Transfer to stand mixer.
Beat on high 5-6 mins or until soft glossy peaks form.
Gently fold meringue into chocolate.
Whip cream with no sugar (or use Cool Whip).
Gently fold into chocolate.
Put half mousse into crust.
Layer crumbs of 6 oreos.
Finish shaping mousse.
Whip cream with sugar and vanilla (or use Cool Whip).
Top with cream and chocolate curls.
