85 g or 1/4 C honey (alternatively, 50 g or 1/4 C sugar)
juice of 1 lemon (at least 2 T but more is fine)
500 g or 2 C ice
Squeeze lemon into blender.
Weigh in fruit and honey and blend.
Blend in 2 C ice; if too thick, can use a blend of water and ice.
Churn in ice cream maker until thick and smooth.
