Chemex Hot Coffee

1.8 g coffee per oz hot water for L&G coffee.
(1.6 g coffee per oz hot water for Thomas Kratzke coffee.)

Weigh coffee into glass measuring cup.
Grind coffee at size 30.
Add pinch of salt to reduce bitterness if desired.
Add about 2 C hot water.
Stir and bloom for a few seconds.
Pour into Chemex filter.
Continue steeping with remaining hot water. 

28 g for 16 oz
36 g for 20 oz
44 g for 24 oz
58 g for 32 oz
72 g for 40 oz
86 g for 48 oz
