Sushi Rice

3 rice maker cups sushi rice
3 T rice vinegar
2 T sugar
1 T salt

Rinse and drain rice until water runs clear.
Follow rice maker measurements to make rice.
In a small bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, and salt.
Microwave 30 secs or until dissolved.
Transfer cooked rice into large mixing bowl.
Fold vinegar into cooked rice, spreading rice out to cool.
Let cool to room temperature.
