Peanut Butter Fudge

720 g powdered sugar
1 C butter
908 g brown sugar
1 C milk
380 g smooth peanut butter
2 t vanilla

Line loaf pan with parchment.
Sift powdered sugar into stand mixer bowl, whisk one min, and set aside.
Melt butter (in any saucepan) and stir in brown sugar and milk.
As soon as bubbles start to appear, boil 2 mins, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Pour over powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
Pour into loaf pan.
Let cool 2 hours at room temperature and cut into 8 large cubes.
