2 garlic cloves, minced
3 T finely chopped fresh herbs
(parsley, chives, thyme, rosemary, dill, tarragon)
1/2 t salt
1/2 t salt
Mix together ingredients.
Roll into a log with parchment paper.
Store in the refrigerator.
For Blue Cheese Compound Butter, add up to 4 oz blue cheese.
