200 g sugar
1/4 t baking soda
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 C whole milk, warm
4 oz sour cream
3/4 C butter, melted
3 egg whites, room temp
1 T vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350.
Sift together flour, sugar, salt, soda, and powder and whisk well.
Separately, combine milk, sour cream, butter, egg whites, and vanilla.
Add wet ingredients into dry and stir just until combined.
Bake 16-20 mins.
Yields about 16 cupcakes.
