1 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 C butter, softened to room temp
150 g sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1/2 C sprinkles plus more for topping, optional
Whisk together flour, powder, and salt.
Separately, cream together butter and sugar.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients and sprinkles.
Chill cookie dough at least 2 hours.
Bake at 350 12-13 mins.
