1/4 C flour
1/4 C vegetable oil
1/4 C vegetable shorteningMeasure out the flour and empty it into a small mixing bowl.
Pour oil into the same measurer and pour over oil.
Use a butter knife to press shortening into the same measurer.
It will come right out because of the oil!
Whisk everything together and strain through nutmilk bag.
Apply to cake pans with pastry brush.
Makes enough for two large cake projects.
