Vietnamese Coffee

40 g sweetened condensed milk
25 g Vietnamese coffee ground at size 25
boiling water
ice

Put milk into a 16 oz glass.
Put coffee in Vietnamese coffee filter and tamp lightly.
Place coffee filter over glass.
Pour just enough boiling water to cover top filter.
Once settled, fill the chamber with boiling water.
Let steep 5-10 mins.
Stir and serve over ice.
