1 C Post Bran Flakes
1 1/2 C Kellogg's All Bran Original
1/2 C vegetable oil
2 eggs, room temp
2 C milk
300 g sugar
300 g whole wheat flour
2 1/2 t baking soda
2 1/2 t salt
Mix boiling water and cereals until mushy.
Add wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients.
Let batter sit in fridge overnight.
Bake at 375 for 22 mins.
Makes 24 large muffins or 30 regular muffins.
Note:
Can substitute
150 g whole wheat flour & 1 1/4 C or 240 g spent flour
for 300 g whole wheat flour.
Bake 26 mins.
