DoubleTree Chocolate Chip Cookies

281 g flour
1/2 C rolled oats
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1/8 t cinnamon
1 C butter, room temp
165 g sugar
165 g brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 t vanilla
1/4 t lemon juice
450 g chocolate chips
1 3/4 C chopped walnuts

Combine flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Separately, cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice.
Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Scoop into 3T cookies and chill.
Bake at 300 for 20-23 mins.
