1 1/3 C heavy cream
4 t dark rum
Place chocolate in bowl.
Heat cream over medium.
Once cream starts to bubble, pour over chocolate.
Let sit 5 mins.
Whisk until smooth and add rum.
Let cool until desired consistency is achieved.
Drip works best around 90°.
White or Colored Drip
12 oz candy melts or white chocolate
1/2 C heavy cream
Because there's so much more chocolate, chop finely.
Carefully warm chocolate in microwave to soften.
Heat cream over medium.
Once cream starts to bubble, pour over chocolate.
