150 g milk, cool
15 g protein powder
330 g powdered sugar
2 t vanilla
Using a whisk attachment, beat butter until creamy.
Separately, combine remaining ingredients.
Slowly pour into beating butter.
It may first appear curdled and then lumpy.
Once smooth but still buttery, switch to paddle attachment.
Continue beating until light and fluffy.
Note: ABC uses 720 g sugar with this much butter.
