50 g or 1/4 C sugar
21 g or 3 T Dutch-process cocoa2 g 1/2 t baking powder
.5 g or 1/8 t salt
1 egg
eyeball 1 T canola oil
eyeball 1/2 t vanilla
eyeball 6 T chocolate chips
eyeball 2 T whole milk
Find two 10 oz mugs.
Measure out the sugar, cocoa, powder, and salt together.
Find two 10 oz mugs.
Measure out the sugar, cocoa, powder, and salt together.
Separately, whisk the egg, oil, and vanilla.
Place 3 T chocolate chips and 1 T milk in each mug.
Microwave for 30 secs and stir.
Mix wet ingredients into dry.
Divide batter evenly between mugs and stir in melted chocolate.
Let mugs sit for 3 mins in the microwave with no heat.
Microwave for 1 min and 45 secs.
Note 1: Add 2 t of maca!
