1 1/2 t cornstarch
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
4 oz cream cheese, room temp
3/4 C butter, room temp
100 g sugar
110 g brown sugar
1 egg
2 t vanilla
90 g or 1/2 C white chocolate chips
90 g or 1/2 C chocolate chips
8 Oreos (1 1/4 C), broken
560 g flour
1 T cornstarch
2 t baking soda
1 t salt
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
1 1/2 C butter, room temp
200 g sugar
220 g brown sugar
2 eggs
4 t vanilla
1 C white chocolate chips
1 C chocolate chips
16 Oreos
Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
Separately, beat cream cheese on medium high until creamy.
Add butter and beat until completely smooth.
Beat in sugar and brown sugar and beat 2 full mins.
Beat in egg and vanilla for 1 min.
Mix in dry ingredients on low speed just until combined.
With a silicone spatula, fold in chocolate chips and Oreos.
Roll into 3 T balls (large scoop).
Cover in plastic and chill at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350.
Bake 12-13 mins or until sides are slightly browned.
Press in extra white chocolate chips as cookies cool.
Let cool on baking sheet 5 mins before transferring to a cooling rack.
