1 T cornstarch
2 oz dark chocolate
3 T sugar
3 T sugar
2 T hot water
Mix together 100 g milk and cornstarch.
In a very large pot, pour in the rest of the milk.
Once the milk boils, add cornstarch milk.
Cook for a full 10 mins, stirring often.
Meanwhile, microwave chocolate, sugar, and hot water.
Heat and stir until chocolate is glossy.
Add to hot milk and beat until frothy.
Yields 4 C.
