Texas Sheet Cake

1 C water
1 C butter (original uses margerine)
4 T cocoa
400 g sugar
1/4 t salt
250 g flour
1 t baking soda
1 C sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 C butter
4 T cooca
6 T milk
1 t vanilla
240 g powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 400.
Grease or line a cookie sheet.
Boil together water, C butter, and 4 T cocoa.
Take of heat and beat in sugar, salt, and flour.
Beat in soda, sour cream, and eggs.
Bake 20 mins or just until set.
Meanwhile, melt together 1/2 C butter, 4 T cocoa, and milk.
Stir in vanilla and powdered sugar.
Spread icing on hot cake.

(Not traditional)
Once cooled, decorate with whipped cream and berries.
