Norwegian Apple Pie

1 egg, room temp
150 g sugar
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 t vanilla
63 g flour
1 C diced apples
1/2 C walnuts

Mix egg with sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
Stir in flour.
Fold in apples and walnuts.
Bake in greased pie dish at 350 for 30 mins or until dry.
If doubling the batch in a single dish, bake for 50-55 mins or until dry.
