Popovers

2 large eggs, room temp
1 C whole milk, room temp
135 g AP flour
1 T butter, melted
1/2 t kosher salt

Preheat oven to 400 and grease pan with extra butter.
Whisk ingredients together.
With a batter tip, fill each popover cup halfway.
Bake 40 mins on middle rack.
As soon as possible, cut in half or poke hole to vent steam.
Serve immediately.
