Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Cake

1/2 batch of buttermilk biscuits, crumbled
double batch whipped cream
36 oz strawberry jam

This recipe makes enough to fill a 9” springform or 2 12” loaf pans.
Divide each ingredient in halves.
Layer biscuit crumbs, strawberry jam, strawberry ice cream, whipped cream.
Repeat each layer.
