1 C Greek yogurt
1 T smoked paprika
2 T olive oil
1 t salt
1 3.5 lb whole chicken
2 lbs tiny new potatoes
Cut chicken into 8 parts.*
Stir yogurt, paprika, olive oil, and salt.
Coat chicken and marinate for 2-8 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 and line baking pan with foil.
Cut potatoes into small pieces and place cut side down not touching.
Place chicken on top of potatoes and roast 45-60 mins or until 165°.
Remove chicken and turn oven to 425.
Return potatoes for another 10 mins or until juices are mostly reduced.
Remove potatoes, and turn flat side up.
Roast another 15 mins or until golden brown.
