12 oz can evaporated milk
3 eggs
6 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
6 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
6 oz smoked gouda, shredded
6 oz mozerella, shredded
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/8 t cayenne
2 oz grated parmesan
2 T butter
1/2 C seasoned breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 375.
Cook macaroni just until no longer crunchy.
Separately, combine milk, eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Strain pasta and return to pot.
Combine pasta and sauce and pour into casserole dish.
Top with parmesan and bake 30 mins.
In a skillet, melt butter.
Add breadcrumbs and toast until crunchy.
Rotate casserole and sprinkle breadcrumbs.
Continue baking 15 mins.
Let rest 10 mins before serving.
