Feathery Light Pancakes

125 g flour
2 T baking powder
2 T sugar
1/2 t salt
1 egg, room temp
1 C milk (for fat cakes, use 3/4 C)
2 T oil

Heat skillet.
Combine dry ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients.
Stir together just until batter is lumpy.
