200 g sugar
2 eggs
2 eggs
2 yolks
1 T orange juice
1 t cinnamon
1 t ginger
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 C butter
Add all ingredients except the butter into a small saucepan.
Heat over medium low until sugar dissolves.
Add the butter a few small pieces at a time, stirring until dissolved.
Cook until curd thickens.
Let cool.
