Boiled Eggs

Set up a Tatung steamer with 3 Tatung C water.
Arrange eggs and set a timer.
For warm liquid yolk, 8-12 mins.
For medium soft yolk, 12-16 mins.
For hard boiled, 16-20 mins.
If using cold eggs, add a minute.
To peel, use pint glass trick.
