Boiled Eggs
Place 6 eggs in a 6 C Tatung steamer.
Fill steamer cup to level 2.
Steam.
For warm liquid yolk, 5 mins.*
For medium soft yolk, 7.5 mins.*
For solid yolk, 10 mins.*
*If using cold eggs, add 1 minute.
