Place some eggs in a 6 C Tatung steamer.
Fill steamer cup to level 3 and steam.
Uncover and place eggs in a water bath.
(I don't use ice).
For warm liquid yolk, 8 mins.For medium soft yolk, 9-11 mins.
For solid yolk, 12-13 mins.
If using cold eggs, add a minute.
