1/2 C brown sugar
2 T maple syrup
1/4 C butter
6 T heavy whipping cream
2 T C bourbon
1/4 t vanilla extract
Stir sugar, maple syrup, and butter together over medium heat.
Whisk until smooth.
Whisk in cream and bring to a boil, stirring to keep smooth.
Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 5 mins.
Remove from heat and stir in bourbon and vanilla.
Simmer 1 min.
