Marshmallow Frosting

3 egg whites
200 g sugar
2 T marshmallow fluff

Prepare a double boiler with egg whites and sugar.

Whisk over heat 3-4 mins or until dissolved.

Transfer to stand mixer and add fluff.

Whip 10 mins or until stiff glossy peaks form.
