Unagi Sauce

1/2 C soy sauce
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C mirin
2 T cornstarch
A little water

In a small pot, combine soy sauce, sugar, and mirin.
Bring to a boil.
Make a corn starch slurry and add.
Bring to a boil and cook 2-3 mins.
Let cool.
Yields 1 1/4 C unagi sauce.
