Creamy Chocolate Frosting

9 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 C butter, room temperature
480 g powdered sugar, sifted
1 t vanilla extract
2 T heavy whipping cream
1/4 t salt

In a double boiler, melt chocolate.
Allow chocolate to cool 10-15 mins.
Beat butter until creamy.
Add chocolate.
Add remaining ingredients.
