2 lbs shrimp, marinated and broiled at 500 for 4 mins
4 T lemon grass
2 T olive oil
2 T honey
2 T fish sauce
4 t curry powder
1 shallot
1 T chili paste
14 oz bún
2 packages of rice paper
4 bunches basil
2 bunches chives
2 bunches cilantro
1 pack small cucumbers
1 bunch dill & 1 bunch green onions, stir fried
1 head lettuce
Makes enough for two large meals!
