Đậu Hũ Nhồi Thịt

18 pieces tofu, fried
1.25 lb ground pork
1 bunch green onions, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
1 T fish sauce
1/2 t salt
1 t pepper
2 T soy sauce
2 T roasted sesame oil

Mix pork, onion, garlic, fish sauce, salt, and pepper.
Cut a hole and remove a spoonful from the center of each tofu piece.
Fill with ground pork.
Fry tofu pork side down, 6 pieces at a time, until well seared.
Drizzle 2 t soy sauce and 2 t dark sesame oil over each batch.
Turn heat down to low, cover, and cook for 4 mins.
Serves 4.
