Mother's Day Mousse

16 oz dark chocolate
1/4 t salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 C heavy whipping cream

Melt chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
Whip cream.
Fold together, pipe, and chill one hour.
Yields 8 extra large servings.
