583 g AP flour
5 1/4 t baking powder
1 t salt
11 T butter, room temp
2/3 C vegetable oil
400 g sugar
4 eggs, room temp
4 t vanilla
2 C buttermilk, room temp
Preheat oven to 350.
Cake release three 9-inch rounds or line with parchment.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Separately, combine butter, oil, and sugar in a stand mixer bowl.
Beat 3 mins or until creamy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
On low speed, alternate flour and buttermilk just until combined.
Divide evenly into pans and bake 23-26 mins or until done.
