Streusel Topping

150 g flour
110 g brown sugar
50 g sugar
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t salt
1/2 C butter, melted and cooled

Butter should be quite cool and opaque, but mostly liquid.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together ingredients with a fork.
Refrigerate.
Bake at 325° for 12-15 mins.
